HOA Dues

Homeowners’ dues are a yearly fee required for every home in the neighborhood. These dues are used to maintain the common areas of the community (gate, flower beds, park grounds, playground, etc.). In addition, because we are a private gated community, your HOA dues are used to maintain the neighborhoods infrastructure (street signs, roads, bridge, storm drains, storm water detention basin, etc). The Board has the ability to raise the dues by up to 10% yearly in order to build and maintain appropriate reserves for maintenance and capital improvements.

Dues are billed at the first of the year and should be payed upon receipt. For information on the current dues and how to pay them, see the LevelOne web site.
